mmaakkeerr is a personal project run by Marcos Morales, Oslo, Norway. Marcos Morales is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@mmaakkeerr.com

• Account data: name, email address and role, for people whose account has been created by an administrator. There is no public sign-up.
• Content you enter: campaign briefs, brand settings and the copy you write or generate.
• Emails you send to contact@mmaakkeerr.com.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run visitor analytics. The app only stores what is needed to keep you signed in.

• To provide the service and let you sign in (performance of a contract or steps before one).
• To answer your questions and demo requests (legitimate interest).

• Lovable and Supabase host the application and its database.
• Anthropic (Claude API) receives the campaign text you submit so the AI can generate copy. Anthropic is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the safeguards in its data processing terms.
• Namecheap hosts our email.

We do not sell personal data.

Account data and content are kept while the account is active and deleted when the account is closed, or earlier on request. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer them.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or ask for a copy of it. Email contact@mmaakkeerr.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.no.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
